I have all of the evidence of fraud that I need. I have been saving it over the years.
Back in the days of the EDWY app that was supposedly being built, I raised some concerns about a "CEO" named Precious Mays that was working with EDWY through her company. I found that company and they never had heard of Mayes.
Kimmons called me at one point and did a conference call with an investor and a supposed Precious Mayes, to help "prove" that she existed. They preceded to lie to me about the amazing plans that they had and assumed that I was dumb enough to shut my mouth about their fraud, after that call.
Kimmons is sooooo deep in scam that he probably has no idea what reality really is anymore. I assume that FINRA or the SEC had been sniffing too close to his scam, so that is why he is "no longer part" of this new ticker.
Anyway, EDWY books were a joke and its not that difficult for a pink like ESCU to hide BS and make their books look acceptable.
Maybe one day ESCU might actually be able to do something to prove that they are not a scam, but down here in the stinky pinkys, all stocks are scams until proven different.
