You are whistling past the graveyard. One day you will tell me it will rise to .50 soon and claim some kind of victory when it happens. Paid promotion so they can get more leg out of their atm deal that destroys shareholder value but for a couple days you feel excitement at the hope that something has changed. Make no mistake the market cap here will go to zero. It could take 3-5 years as government contracts, atms and reverse splits could keep them afloat awhile yet and yes their could be pump and dumps along the way but never will any real value be created by the existing pipeline. I would love to be wrong but I'm not.
