The NGCG attorney made 3 requests for Ruppert to turn over documents and when he did - he incriminated himself by filing a document where he wired money to a paid forum pumper and wired money to a Ross controlled company - Mighty Jaws but claimed it was for NGCG.

Ruppert is used to filing a lawsuit against NGCG (when Ross was running the show) and settling in 8 days - this is going to be fun.

Thanks for your response. We'll all be watching carefully how this soap opera turns out. I'm wondering when the commercials are going to start? I hate commercials. Have you ever known a company to put on a commercial and tell the entire world the real truth behind their supposed great company? That they shouldn't believe everything in their advertising? If I ever see that, I will buy all their products! They'd be the Howard Cosell of advertising. LOL.
