Kim's lawyer in the final hour of his 30 days refused to turn over any discovery and filed baseless objections to giving anything. It will be posted on line within 2-3 days as there is always a lag. My lawyer will be filing a motion to compel as well as sanctions for the baseless attempt to not turn anything over. Ko
S problem is that the documents requested are all relevant to counter his motion to quash the summons. The docs prove he is lying and are all relevant

I expect him to file an objection to the jag subpoena as well and the same will happen. More subpoenad bring issued in the next day or so as well.
