In case you didn't see #91242, check out Omega Via Pharmacy grade Omega 3.

One possible issue w/ these is that the capsule is 1000 mg and large for a kid/geezer. Vascepa is 1000g also.

EPA 500 is a smaller cap and AMRN tells me that they don't have a smaller cap in the works.

My 11 year old (weighing 85 lbs) takes Jamieson's Omega-3 select mini which contains 180mg EPA and 120 DHA per capsule. Started at 1 cap daily and increased by 1 cap every week. Now taking 4 caps daily. Will probably continue to increase to 4 caps twice daily. Chose this product because of its smaller size capsule.

My 4 year old (35 lbs) takes Webber Naturals "Crystal Clean Omega-3" liquid, Lemon cake flavour. 5mls daily which contains 750mg EPA and 500mg DHA. I chose that product because he can't swallow capsules and it is the only palatable liquid I've seen. It doesn't taste great but good enough that he is willing to drink it every morning.
