I am sure that is what the wiped out shareholders said right before both of the last TWO 1-200 reverse splits.

There is no dawn here. Even with this massive dilution from the toxic death spiral conversions, the amount of toxic death spiral debt is increasing, not falling. COWI can't even afford to pay the loan shark interest on them, much less pay down the principal.

Another reverse split is inevitable here. It is not a question of if, but when.
