I don't know exactly when they started with xlit but it made a big move last Dec. It is possible that they can get this to a dollar or more over the next couple of months. If you own the stock you might want to hold. I think someone is selling right now. My dd is showing a float of 4.9 million. With the kind of volume you saw yesterday don't you think the stock should have gone higher?A large portion of the volume was around the .40 level. JMO
