My bad.ESI has been halted not suspended due to operations ceased.An 8k WILL BE needed to be filed with the SEC to delist the security.Untill then to trade ESI on any market after a company is no longer in business will be grounds for fraudulent lawsuits after there last PR,UNLESS,ESI decides to continue operations,its over.Looks like the FEDS and/or the Dept. of ED. are not going to allow this to occur.Shareholders may be compensated or could be a complete loss.ESI will also file an 8k stating the decision of how they will handle there outstanding shares.MM.
