It's the old buy on the rumor-- sell on the news. What it means to me is we're going to at least hold these levels for now.

I believe the Huawei settlement which was essentially announced in the Q2 10Q is what has been driving the stock price up. Timing of the announcement was also essentially announced in the Q2 conference call.

The fact that the Huawei settlement is more consequential than say Samsung can be deduced from the resolution of Sharp's problem with their license agreement.

I think the market is now rightly waiting for confirmation that the Huawei agreement can be used to sign other agreements.
