You don't got no operating storage facility on the property. At best you had some seepage through cracks in the rock from another outfits huge storage facility to the North. They, Dominion, have other catchment areas ringing their facility, a couple just SW across the RR tracks that can catch all they want to. Beacon became a thorn in their side to the extent they took their ball and went home.
