IMO:The April 2G/3G settlement agreement of IDCC/Nokia had no impact on the Samsung/IDCC 2G ICC Arbitration..since there was no additional Evidentiary Hearing required other than the one concluded in January..

4. No one quite understands why the Samsung arbitration ruling is taking so long. Has either IDCC or Samsung ever requested that the arbitration panel either not render, or delay rendering its decision for a certain period of time pending negotiations?
