So, simply put, Apple is looking to use liquidmetal to form a better integrated touchscreen that would be more responsive and more accurate in order to avoid any mistakes or accidental interaction (like when you have your iPhone in your pocket or bag).

1. Ultra fine matrix grid (with precision that only liquid metal via CIP can achieve). Look for this technology to be opened for App usage. NO MORE POCKET DIAL will be the first Application.
2. Maintain In-Touch technology (internal layers) to attach either LCD, OLED or Micro LED display layer.
