i quote an example for you - AVTI- pure shell. i follow this stock though never bought it. it runs every couple of years. i have been watching for last 10 years. it has about 300 mil OS. why does it run for no reason?

another example: BRWC, CGUD. i can go on and on

there are so many other low SS stocks that run for no reason.
