The only way this goes to 2 dollars is a reverse split 50 million to one

That may not be too far fetched. COWI's most recent 10-Q filed with the SEC now accounts for the issuance of an additional 80 BILLION or so new shares, which is why their diluted share numbers reflect that. Another reverse split is inevitable, and it is almost certainly going to be much higher than the two prior reverse splits which were 1-200.
