You are correct most would take .25 the problem is no one would offer .025. I will say again the "big pharma" beat down theory is ridiculous. Big pharma has no problem paying and in most cases over paying for technology they want.

RC....I have watched for a long while and agree...oh they are careful and try not to make it known...but when you see 6 or 7 mms put up the wall with the same offer and timestamp when there is upward movement it becomes easy to see it.
