Somebody wants a cheap buyout.
My bet is some Phama . They beat down the share price and low ball an offer.
Right now a majority of stockholders would sell for $0.25 /share,
which is way, way below it's value. Question is, do the shareholders have a vote ? It is absolutely clear it is price manipulation. Just watch the trading in real time for an hour or so.
