So Ruppert is denying the following:

Did Ruppert send a email begging Kim to settle for $40,000?

Did Ruppert transfer 71 million shares to Kalisky because he sold a building kalisky owned without his consent - so instead of being prosecuted he transferred shares to Kalisky.

I bet there are a few emails that prove Ruppert did send a email trying to convince Kim to settle for $40,000 and emails that prove Ruppert committed fraud by selling a building that belonged to Kalisky and never transferred Kalisky the money.

The days of Ruppert harming UMVI are over.

Why did Ruppert claim to loan NGCG money when he wired it to a pay a forum promoter Bryan Wilkinson and Mighty Jaws/Top Dogg (a Ross company).

$17,000 to Bryan Wilkinson and $42,000 to Mighty Jaws (Ross) - how was this a loan to NGCG - it looks like Ruppert has filed fraudulent documents with the Broward County court.

More harm to NGCG shareholders.
