So Ruppert is denying the following:

Did Ruppert send a email begging Kim to settle for $40,000?

Did Ruppert transfer 71 million shares to Kalisky because he sold a building kalisky owned without his consent - so instead of being prosecuted he transferred shares to Kalisky.

I bet there are a few emails that prove Ruppert did send a email trying to convince Kim to settle for $40,000 and emails that prove Ruppert committed fraud by selling a building that belonged to Kalisky and never transferred Kalisky the money.

The days of Ruppert harming UMVI are over.
