If you don't know who MoMo is, and don't have a grip on his numerous alter egos, you need to do a little more work.
Back in 2006, Wilde announced new plans for Cirond Corp, and gave it a new name, Amarium Technologies. He filed an 8-K about the name change on 31 August. On 7 September, he filed another 8-K, announcing the resignation of KPMG as the companies auditors. And then he disappeared. The company never filed again with the SEC. Obviously Wilde had abandoned it.
He didn't LITERALLY disappear, for God's sake. The SEC had no trouble finding him, and suing him, in 2011 on charges unrelated to his brief tenure at the helm of AMMG:
