Just explain a full 100% short for 185 million shares. The Market Cap is only $345 K. This is a fraction of Franks cash position. He made 90 K in INTEREST last quarter. If Frank believes in the company, he should be snapping up shares, yet every share has been shorted.

If it is not Frank, this should be the mother of all short squeezes. Time will tell.

Let the board decide. I do appreciate your opinion. By all means, snap up every .0001 share available. In other words, put your money where your mouth is. I look forward to your big buys in the next few days. You obviously didn't pull the trigger today or yesterday.

You say Frank hasn't stolen any money from his investors. Frank is the sole owner of Ludvik Holdings, Inc. Ludvik had a bunch of worthless stocks in its inventory which Frank bought out w/shares issued from WNTR. He is now picking up new companies via Ludvik and some WNTR SH's are hoping that they may benefit from Ludvik. Check out 2014 history. He is stealing from his SH's and that is the way I see it. Frank is for Frank and WNTR SH's can just whistle right through the graveyard that is now WNTR. GLTA
