He has stolen shareholders money and diverted shareholders money into Ludvik Holdings. He will be sued in due time! Reminds me of that Skreli dude who is now in prison.

He will probably try to do 100/1 rs and roll Ludvik into WNTR, even though he has cited all Ludviks assets in all his PRs.

Get help interpreting other people's posts. No where did I say that Frank is above reproach. Has Frank "stolen" by the standards of the SEC? I doubt it. So it's just you, and others, butthurt. I get it. I wish things had went differently here too. But just spouting off your anger at Frank doesn't add anything to anyone here. If that's what you need to do to feel better...go ahead. But that shouldn't be the purpose of the board imo. Things are either actually positive, or actually negative. If they are actually negative (and we just don't have the proof yet) then there is SO LITTLE that we can do about it. But if things are positive (and we just don't have the proof yet)....
