I am not a stock advisor. I am only wondering why you are so set on your ASSUMPTIONS. How can you be when the bankruptcy proceedings are possibly months away from any completion.
NOBODY has any facts. Not the judge….creditors…company management or BOD…..bondholders……or common holders like you.
