Depending on the diagnosis and the reasoning of the pain. If in fact the actipatch doesn't work, an assessment may need to be done to objectively see what's really going on.

No issues. I guess she can go back to pain killers. Not every product works for everybody. It is working for 70% of the customers. It is a fact of science

Maybe your wife needs a specialist to look at her back. It's not a one size fits all. I have my own specialty back problems, and the fix not simple......
Please try to do some real thinking and research.

Tell your wife to use it for 30 days.

And tell her to lower her expectations. The ActiPatch doesn't get rid of pain -- it merely knocks it back a little.
