1. At what share price do we need to exceed to tell LPC to buy shares?

2. How long does that share price need to be above said SP for LWLG to request LPC to purchase shares?

Another scenario is that it occurs through an entity that is friendly with LPC. I could be a market maker that helps LPC. They know LPC is planning to sell shares so they short during the trading day. The only objective is to make money.
