Yup interesting stuff,the SEC could stop it though, most of it happens out of eastern Europe. ALL they would have do is go after the market makers. Market makers are allowed to naked short for liquidity,the problem is hedge funds are paying crooked market makers to do it. And another big culprit is out of Jersey City.
