Why was Fowler not compensated more going out the door? Very strange. Unless the acquiring company was seeing to that. He has less shares/options then quite a few on this board. Even from a cover your ass perspective you would think they would send him with a going away present. I think there is way more to this story.
I think your take makes the most sense at the moment. The puzzle to me now is why the pps did not drop like crazy, even if just panic selling based on the Fowler news.
