I'm sorry but this just smells fishy to me and we all know you can't trust Steipp. Mr. Li is risking $8 million right now. If there was a huge profit hog to slaughter he would find a way to get the deal done. Perhaps something went awry and Mr. Li needs more time to validate his original ideas about ROI before committing millions more.
