I think you are missing some key facts here. Reverse splits are negative when they are used for the purpose of complying with PPS minimum requirements, for example to stay on nasdaq keeping the $1 min. When used for the purpose of uplisting it is almost always positive.

Why in the hell is this moron talking about a reverse split. There is absolutely no reasion for one and the company has never even gone there.
