I agree with Joe .. I think they will file on time on 8/15/06 ... This is one reason why they changed auditors and it is very important to the new board of directors that all filings are on time .. Pres Reed mentioned this to Dream months ago in the process of changing auditors ... Only time will tell the story ..........

Alan seemed to have some sort of investor game plan he wasn't letting anyone know about and was trying to work it all out with the company directors ... I wonder what it was and if it was in the best interest of shareholder value ....
