As long as a R/S is done to move the company toi a higher exchange and not dilute shares further I'm all for it. Most good companies like XKEM will do a R/S and move to a bigger exchange once they become filing.

Why an RS were is the 8 mil loan Nigeria has plenty of money to load XKEM for a cure for there people banks should give them what ever they need.There is know need to take it from the investors.
