RS is NEVER a good thing. GOOD companies dont rs, they buy back and allow good products and revenues to bring pps to higher levels. If this company announces an RS, you had better drop it as quickly as you can and move on because you will know that this is not a GOOD company. Dont let anyone lie to you, every "long" in here will be "long" gone if such an announcement is made.

I think Xechem will do a stock buyback before they do a R/S.
This company will be making $$ and will be able to pay off debt and do a buyback.
