Respect JL, but does not agree with him about it. Short volume did not reach / exceed the Notes (share equivalent) number ever.

2012: was equal with 17,021,280 shares
after 2014 (2012 & 2014 together): was equal with 49,214,841 shares
after 2015 (2012 & 2014 & 2015 together): was equal with 59,401,927 shares

I do not say that some of them did not "hedge", since I do not know, but I do not think ... and definitely not all of them. My guess: near to zero.
