Didn't say it was all fake, was asking for an explanation as what folks make of the dollar amount listed in the filing and why it doesn't add up to what we've seen in LQMT coffers.

I get it - OK to speculate that Turing is Apple's test phone for LQMT, but not OK to speculate about where the $1.25 million for "liquid metal" is. Got it.

Maybe others have thoughts.

I'll leave all the legal stuff to experts in that field to sort through.

My amateur take is. Li seems to be excited about Amorphous Alloy. That could be a good thing. Liquidmetal could use someone who has a realistic vision of commercializing Liquidmetal. Someone who is excited and may have a sense of urgency to get it done. Clearly and as others have stated. Liquidmetal needs some new blood. And a new plan. We've all complained about the wasted resources quarter after quarter with such dismal results.

LQMT! Either figure out how to make some money! Or learn to budget until you do. It's that simple. No raises. No bonuses. If you believe as some do in the Liquidmetal dream. You should be more than willing to take some pay cuts until you actually earn your keep. Be investors in yourself and the success of the company and that may make you rich and give investors the long overdue reprieve they deserve for hanging around! Bonuses for nothing?. LOL! Investors who have held onto this thing thru the ups and downs deserve a bonus too! lol!

If Steipp don't eff up this deal. I feel good about it. I feel control needs to be relinquished at some point in order for the new chapter to begin. And LQMT have a chance to find some amount of success, yet to be determined. You all need to realize that along with manufacturing techniques, advanced material technology is also growing by leaps and bounds. LQMT needs to stake a claim in the mix right now!!!

Anyway. Just my opinions. Good luck.
