since you asked a question, I'll answer.

I stated an opinion that most folks would find reasonable regarding the chain of events that occured. I'm not saying it didn't happen...it obviously did, and the info you were given I also do not doubt; I'm saying that the circumstances are suspect ( in that a reasonable person wouldn't do the traveling you guys did to have dinner with another wavoid, if there wasn't something to glean from an insider at Wave ), and that the confidence-level of the info is suspect, mostly for the vehicle used to present it ( private dinner with folks known to the CEO to post info on a message board ).

So, SKS knew very well that the info would be shared with the community, at a time just prior to the SHM.

As an investor/owner of Wave, I find the whole situation suspect, based on the timing, traveling, and past statements/predictions/history from management.

That's my opinion...I'm sure others know you better than I, and would expect that type of behavior from you. I have, in the past, taken time off from work to have lunch w/fellow wavoids; but I wouldn't have gone had I not expected some insight from the person we met...who, in the past, had shown uncanny forsight regarding things that came to pass. You, in fact, know this person, as shown in the distribution list on an E from 1999.

In short...thanx for the info...I really mean that Snackie...but this investor will opt to take it with a few grains of salt, NOT due to the messengers, but due to the vehicle.

BTW, I feel fine...just questioning the way the game is currently being played...doesn't seem normal, or fair. I have more shares than ever, due to the tech, and am holding for the long term. I believe that SOMEONE will eventually make this thing happen. A likeable and dynamic personality is no substitute for shrewdness in business dealings. If/when the NDA's ,PO's, and rev's enter the equation regarding our investment in Wave, then managements' competance will come to bear upon the Street...for good or bad.
