Im so glad I loaded up the boat at 60 cents and did not rely on escrows. Now I dont care if escrow pays or not I still be making money. I didn't sell at $3 didnt want to risk it it's ok I can wait luckily dont need the money right now. :-)

Look at it this way, you won't have to worry about us escrow holder's rattling off what to expect, because we got the expected and you won't have to hear another word from me again because I'll be too busy enjoying spending my money.
