It amazes me how people make statements that Li has ip access because the $8 million deposited. First off the sec filings state it and then ive stated before. ...the ip is documented online and Li could have downloaded and printed. But he doesn't have the legal blessing granted by apples security release to CIP until the $$$$$ is in the bank. Or else he risks facing BJ Watruous and his big boss Sewell at Apple.
If Li walked away what would we have? The illusion that we have bargaining power is crazy. Li walks away and the lights go out. We have no bargaining power.
