You're assuming no news and that the price stays where it's at which is wrong. It's much easier to raise capital when the PPS is higher.

Food for thought, this was trading at
.03 in October so a lot of the current
O/S converted at much higher prices. As far as we know that note could be 90% done

I have a few problems with your post.

How does this make any sense at all? Did you even read what you posted? You added another 104 million shares out of nowhere in one of your very next sentences. What are you trying to accomplish by throwing around big numbers you clearly shouldn't be throwing around? Accurate information would be appreciated, not deceptive tactics. Not too mention that being so blatantly ignorant too what you post should/will make other investors question what your motives really are.
