I believe that is a 100% correct statement (except for the misspelling of "think" - lol). There could very well be a name change and a ticker symbol change down the road. However, there are several other things that need to get done before that happens. First they will need to restructure their common share structure by either doing a reverse split or an authorized share limit increase. Then current TDCP management will have to decide if they are going to sell their shares and split, or hang around to see how things develop with Coretec. My guess is that once the dust settles after a few months, a name and ticker change will likely ensue. - bol

65% WOW! How does TDCP benefit from this when it receives such a small part of the resulting company? I guess that was not an issue for the shareholders to know.
