The way i see it ...during these negotiations to settle the lawsuits, any of the 3 companies most likely asked to buyout SFOR. They know the valuability of the patents, and the future trend in cyber security. Two factors could limit them now...is Kay interested in their offers or can they afford what Kay wants??

FYI- Singapore Telecom acquired Trustwave for $770m in 2015, who has 3m clients in 96 countries
