The fact that NWBO chose to do the last small raise with EXISTING warrant holders (indicated that yesterday) AVOIDS the need as stipulated in previous small raise: the July 5th Chardan Capital offering@ 50 cents STIPULATED (a post right after seeing the 8K) that should a NEW financing take place within 6 months NWBO would offer those two investors $10 million worth of NWBO shares! (at say 35 cents that would be another ~29 mln MORE shs to the FD calculation now of 177 mln!
So all those who call this week's 2nd Small Capital Raise being "toxic" financing is on another planet!
Finding the same ole, same ole since arrival over 2 yrs ago: NWBO investors are lightweights in investing experience and heavily skewd solely on the science side with lots of ego's going toe to toe evidenced over the 3+ yrs of posts I've read here and stick to their guns despite the overall investment environment let alone deepcapture.com re AF et al manipulators.
I also find it appalling where well over a dozen and a half posts are arbitrarily characterized as off topic when it all relates to NWBO: even many posts I did on Cognate a few days ago got deleted! as well as scientific supporting posts related to NWBO.
