IMO the volume isn't attributable to that mention. Volume meaningless anyway until the stock moves ..... which it really hasn't.

certainly the 250K traded today were a direct result. And a move from .05 to .07 is small in real terms, but a big percentage. Yet still down by something like 40% since last summer.

My feeling is still that, as we get closer to Oct 4 we'll see incremental moves up. Whether that will be justified by anything said at meeting, well, to invert the old phrase, past performance is likely to be an indication of future returns.
