that's the company I referenced earlier

but this isn't "enclosure' technology so I am thinking they started by being the US distributor for SmartCork and found that wineries didn't want that but something else.

They may have now done this deal with a new product company to get them access to US markets to fund development of a new screw top or whatever.

SmartCork were only looking for US distribution to resellers in each state if I recall
