He's also said, he purposely manipulates the share price, he's not retiring shares, sold a branch and it appears cash was used to buy stock in AFPW, which if investigated could be embezzlement, branches down to 9, yet he continues to be delinquent in his responsibilities to inform shareholders that he continues to liquidate assets, and that he's broke. He also must respond to the latest charges, all of which, to me are very valid as per his tweets, his actions and non actions, his "arms length deal" with his former COO, now CEO of TSGL, and now He's pulled multiple entities into his mess by ignoring court order not to sell assets.
