Benny is an idea man, and I have to say some of them are very good. And that's as far as is goes, he can not do the layout of the idea.
But what I think here is the same as Hulu and Magica, Redg work with a company who stole the cash. The company saw they had a live one and took it all. Same here, I am sure that Benny had to pay for the tee shirts up front. After all when your own board files suit against you who is going to do anything for you. So the tee guy has your money, what's the rush. And if the vendor is out of country, we are screwed.
