ZPaul.. I was trying to get you to look at the Pacer Monitor updates to day. That is where we usually get our info on the latest updates on these cases. There was an address change for SFOR Pro Hac Vice lawyers on all 3 cases filed on Monday afternoon. This allows them to be local counsel it appears. Only local counsel are entitled to sign and file papers, enter appearances and receive payments on judgements, decrees or orders. This looks like things might be moving along, just my opinion. I was going to post this afternoon but ran out of posts. Sorry about any confusion.
