You are right MP has a lot at stake, but their is no company without the MC license, they are just another coffee co. without a brand name. Once Jammin files for bankruptcy I look for MP to go after Rohan and the Marley family. The only way they don't is for the Marley family to pay the money Jammin owes MP and keep MP as their roaster and supplier. Hopefully if MC tries to take their coffee on their own, MP tells them to pound salt out of principle.

They've already lost their investment. JAMN is now almost worthless. With no license deal, things won't last much longer, though since JAMN was out of cash anyway, the license deal is actually a moot point.

MP isn't going to throw good money after bad at this point. They threw a Hail Mary pass, but that wasn't enough to keep JAMN afloat.

The only question is, when Rohan starts up a new private Marley Coffee (he's still farming on his land, so it only makes sense), how much will he have to pay MP to make the RealCups for him? Will he have to give back the $2.5 million?

saly cay, I went back through your old posts. You don't know the difference between a short and a put. You don't know when quarterly and annual reports are due. You don't know the difference between buying treasury shares or shares on the open market. You really don't seem to know much about investing at all. I really don't know why you're posting here.
