Not a chance, bears lose as us longs are in control. Check how thin the SFOR ask is. We have well over 10 million in bid supports showing at .0037 and we know there is a lot more than that. There is also massive bid supports at .0038 so anyone selling here will likely have to buy on the ask above to get back in. I would never consider flipping my SFOR shares anyway but with all of the news and catalysts we have coming in the days and weeks ahead it just get's way too risky. You could end up paying .03 to .05 to .10 etc. just on settlement news based on the size of the settlements. Book value based on a lot of DD could end up being .04 to .10 immediately on any big news.

Nice ploy, make a statement, hoping you get a bite. Just chumming the waters.

I think the MM's suspect a bear attack. That's why they've stacks the bid at .0037. It's not going down, they aren't going to let it.

Any shorts and bears attacking this ought to consider what they're up against. going naked on this may get the price to fall a bit, but it will be absorbed, and to cover will suck. People have been looking for cheaper shares to buy to either average down or increase holdings going into the lawsuit results. If a settlement comes out, it would be a nasty squeeze for sure with two more on tap.
