I've used FB advertising for business in the past...they do use various methods probably including tracking cookies but StrikeForce is buying advertising.

That's why the posts say, "Sponsored Post"...they paid for that post.

Then you can choose who to target...everything from their age, sex, region, keywords in their profile, etc. But your ads are only shown if you pay for advertising. It's no free ride.
