There was a failure to communicate that this is the only way to bring Apple to the table to RENEGOTIATE the MTA to get royalties on CE. Some will get this nuance. I believe RIGE's early posts were the genesis of this concept, though the means were then unknown.

For example:

Apple has never had a performance clause attached to the MTA.
After 6 years of NO GO on the execution of a commercially viable product containing LQMT (please do not bore me with the Sim card detente tool which was made before the MTA was ever signed).
