Yes I agree some news and communication from the company would be welcome / needed.
It would be nice if they provided some expanded commentary on the poster. For example, the wording of the statement about with/without Aricept is overly brief. Ambiguous. Probably is being misunderstood by many as a negative when it was supposed to be a positive. Data needs context.
I understand your concerns. We all know that there is immense potential here. I would humbly suggest that you have a strategy to reduce your cost basis ( in what ever way you deem is appropriate for you - selling high and buying low again, or selling options etc) as we wait for further news. That should give you peace of mind to some extent.
Many of us here have got in early last year when the pre-split price was in the .3 to .5s and that gave a chance to recover our investment on many occasions as the price swings were quite appreciable. Even now the pre split price is not too high and the art of making a trade to recover some money is just that - an art.
